Renewable Energy Sources (RES)

The Renewable Energy (APE) defined energy sources, solar, water, wind, biomass, etc.), which exist in abundance in our natural environment.
It is the first forms of energy used by man, almost exclusively, until the beggining of 20th century, when turned on intensive use of coal.
Renewable energy can be used at the level of residence or business include the following technologies:

• Photovoltaic systems for production of solar electricity
• Small wind turbines to generate electricity from the wind
• Solar systems for heating and hot water
• Geothermal energy for heating, cooling and hot water
• Biomass for heating, cooking and hot water
